Design, Construction and Data Infrastructure
Bayliss Electrical Group were engaged to undertake the complete design and construction for the electrical and data infrastructure for the new HOBSON engineering warehouse facility in Welshpool to take position as the WA headquarters.
End-to-End Project Delivery
Bayliss Electrical Group supported the project from design development through to construction documentation and construction. Working alongside CIP Constructions, Bayliss is proud to have contributed to this high-quality, high-performing warehouse – featuring an impressive onsite Generator back-up system, new on-site transformer installation, complete high-end electrical, data, communications, CCTV and security packages throughout.
Sustainable Design Meets Functionality
The building features offices, packaging area, racking area, cutting and workshop area, dangerous goods storage, dock offices and main offices including loading zones. The building integrates a full Greenstar approved THORN daylight harvesting system throughout.
Complimented with a striking LED lighting facade that stands out at night.
