Bayliss Electrical Group was engaged to deliver the complete electrical and technology package for the new CTI Logistics transport depot and dry goods warehouse on Lakes Road, Hazelmere. The facility includes a 620 m² office and a 16,000 m² high-capacity warehouse designed to meet CTI Logistics’ growing operational demands.

Electrical & Lighting — Supply and installation of switchboards, power distribution, and high-efficiency lighting across both the office and warehouse to optimise energy use and functionality.
Data & Fibre Infrastructure — Structured cabling and fibre systems providing reliable, high-speed connectivity to support warehouse automation and office operations.
EV Charging Capability — installation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure to support CTI’s sustainability objectives and fleet requirements.
